Baylinks® Golf Policies & Information
What to Bring
When you visit Baylinks® Golf, bring your golf clubs, golf shoes, and a new, unmarked golf ball. Otherwise, we have golf balls available for purchase or rent. We also have golf gloves available for purchase and clubs (right-handed and left-handed) available for use in the facility. Call

BYOB & BYOF
Baylinks® Golf is pleased to extend to its patrons a revocable privilege of BYOB in reasonable quantities only. A flat, $6 fee will be added regardless of the number of golfers or drinkers. Underage drinking, and drinking beyond the legal limit of blood alcohol content, are prohibited. Please drink responsibly and play golf safely.
The fee also applies to food brought or ordered in, except for light snacks such as pretzels, chips, or nuts. We have menus in each bay from area restaurants that deliver to Baylinks® Golf. Snack foods and soft beverages are also available for purchase.
For larger groups, catering may be arranged either by the group or by Baylinks® Golf on behalf of the group. Special events are quoted separately.
Dress Code
Golf or casual attire; golf shoes are recommended for greater traction and stability, but tennis shoes are permitted.
Capacity
For a group of golfers who all want to play a full 9 or 18 holes on one of our Championship courses, our capacity is 16 golfers (4 foursomes). Anyone else would have to play alternate shot. Up to 20 more persons are welcome to attend as spectators.
For larger events such as meetings and receptions, our capacity is 36 persons. For these events, we add value by customizing activities in the bays such as driving ranges, closest-to-the-pin, longest drive, or putting contests, games, or 2-person or 4-person team rotations on one of our spectacular golf courses.

*You may bring your own professional, but will be charged an hourly fee to rent the bay.

Rate of Play
The time it takes to play 18 holes at Baylinks® Golf, like outdoor golf, depends upon ability, pace of play, tee selection, putting rules, and the difficulty of the golf course. Based upon experience to date, the following is a guide for a reasonable pace of play. It is not a guarantee. Patrons are responsible for planning their own time and pace of play to achieve their course objectives.

House Rules
1. All golfers and spectators must complete a registration form before play begins, unless one is already on file. A parent or guardian must sign for any minor under the age of 18. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, who assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety and behavior.
2. Only one person may be on the golf turf at a time, except for an authorized professional golf instructor during a lesson.
3. No unauthorized instructor may provide formal lessons at the facility. Formal lessons are deemed to include lessons for hire, use of the Video Swing Analysis cameras and software, and/or permission to be on the golf turf for professional instruction purposes when a student is on the golf turf.
4. All golf swings, including practice swings, must be taken from the address position in the bay. Do not swing a club anywhere else in the facility, and do not step backwards prior to taking a practice swing. Maintain a safe distance from any golfer swinging a club.
5. Only clean, unmarked golf balls, and only the supplied tees, may be used. All other golf balls and tees are prohibited.
6. No food or beverage may be brought onto the golf turf in the bay.
7. Safeguard all personal property. Baylinks® Golf is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal property.
8. Patrons are responsible for any damage they cause to the property of the tenant or the landlord of this space, including the screen, beyond ordinary wear and tear.
9. No smoking in the facility.
10. BYOB in reasonable quantities only. Underage drinking and drinking beyond the legal limit of blood alcohol content are prohibited.
